Proper Bra Wearing
I'm a firm believer in not reinventing the wheel if someone out there has covered the subject well already. This is a round up of a couple of links I have returned to many times in explaining to new bra makers how to properly adjust oneself in a bra. A term that is thrown around in bra fitting is "Swooping and Scooping." This video by Curvy Kate is one of my favorite visual aids on this process.
